Here at Hidden Valley we specialize in breeding, raising, and training quality ranch horses with exceptional temperaments. We maintain a herd of 30-40 horses and usually have a variety of young stock available along with a few quality riding horses and broodmares. We have horses to fit every skill level. We have both western and english horses available. Our horses are used daily year round in activities such as cross country riding, trail rides, parades, gaming events, horseback security, and daily ranch operations. Many of our horses go on to be used for western pleasure, ranching, roping, cutting, barrel racing, hunter/jumper, dressage, eventing, pony club, fox hunting, etc. |

Mr Majestic |
Mr Majestic is a 2001 gray Oldenburg Gelding he sticks at a little over 16.3 hands barefoot. He is a beautiful mover and has a wonderful temperament very willing to please. He has been lightly ridden for the past year and is ready to further his training. Potential for dressage, hunter, jumper, eventing, or would make a great field hunter. He has a great disposition and is happy to hack out on the trails or fields very bold not spooky and loves water. He has a wonderful temperament and is very nice to work around and ride. He has very comfortable gaits and is extremely easy to sit to. He is 100% sound and has never had any soundness or health issues. She'll Do is a 2003 grey/white tobiano filly she is 15.1 hands. Very typey with great markings and conformation, a very nice mover, and a wonderful temperament. She is great on trails very sensible will go through water and over wooden bridges and fine to take out by herself or in company. She is turned out with both mares and geldings and gets along well with everyone. Great for hunter, western pleasure, dressage, etc, just point her in the right direction she has the looks, movement, and temperament to go to the top in any discipline. Misty is a 2003 sport horse mare she is 15.3 hands right now, will finish out over 16 hands. Gorgeous buckskin color and great conformation. She has a great temperament easy going yet still responsive. Wonderful to hack out on the trails crosses water and bridges willingly and will lead or follow, fine by herself or in company. Very comfortable gaits. We haven't done any serious jumping with her yet because of her age but going over logs and stone walls on the trails she shows lots of scope and ability and seems to really enjoy it, she has a very fluid easy to sit jump. Golden Sovereign a 2004 registered Morgan gelding 15.2 hands dark palomino with lots of dapples. We expect him to finish out around 15.3 hands since both dam and sire are 15.3 hands. He has a truly exceptional temperament he was born and raised here and he has just had the most gentle temperament right from birth. He is only three years old but definitely not your typical three year old . We just started him under saddle this past spring but from the time he was a few months old he would go with us when we were riding his dam, so by the time it was time for him to be ridden he had already crossed water and bridges, been on the trailer and shipped to different areas and been around new horses , with all this exposure he really seems to take everything in stride and does not get frazzled by much of anything. We have just been riding him on the trails we like to try to keep things as interesteing as possible for the young horses. He is a pleasure to ride very sensible and not spooky. He loads and trailers well. Great in turnout with other horses he is out with both mares and geldings. 100% sound has no health issues or vice. $6500 SOLD |

Smarty Cat is a 2001 unraced TB mare she is 16 hands. Dark bay with a star, stripe, snip, and two low socks up front. She is very typey, wonderful movement, refined head, and just enough chrome to catch your attention. Sensible,quiet, elegant mare she has been shown successfully in Hunters O/F always places in the top three. Has also been hunter paced. Wonderful cross country and hacks out quietly on the trails. Very nice all around temperament. Has super ground manners will stand tied patiently as long as you want, is great to groom, tack up, shoe, bathe, load and trailer.
